1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All home decor orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after
receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing
your tracking details.
Please note that fragile or high-value items (such as mirrors, ceramics, lighting fixtures, and glass decor) require extra
custom packaging and protective wrapping, which may occasionally extend processing by 1 business day during peak
sales seasons.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and
shipping destination.

Standard Ground Shipping 5 – 8 Business Days Flat $5.99 (Free on orders over $75)
Expedited Shipping 3 – 5 Business Days $12.99
Priority Express Shipping 1 – 2 Business Days Calculated at Checkout
Free Shipping Offer: We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic qualifying orders total over $75.00 USD
(excluding taxes and shipping charges).
3. FRAGILE PACKAGING & SAFE TRANSIT PROTOCOL
Due to the delicate nature of home decor merchandise, every shipment is packaged with high-density protective foam,
double-walled corrugated cardboard, and bubble wrap. We work closely with major reliable carriers (including USPS,
FedEx, and UPS) to ensure your goods arrive in pristine condition.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing
your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)
Elm Hunter Rd, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after
shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, and other import costs).
6. ADDRESS CHANGES & INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO
Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate prior to completing checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping
address, please contact us immediately at AitlinArrell7357@outlook.ie. Once a package has left our fulfillment facility,
address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
7. DAMAGES, LOST PACKAGES & DELIVERY ISSUES
If you receive your order damaged or if your package is marked as delivered but missing, please follow these guidelines:
Damaged Items upon Arrival: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us within 48 hours at
AitlinArrell7357@outlook.ie with photos of the damaged item and the external packaging for an immediate
replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please check around your
property and with neighbors before contacting customer support.
